Park Place Property Management was founded to give local owners an alternative to national franchise property managers — with the responsiveness of a local team and the technology of a much bigger company.
Our story
After years of watching Texas property owners get passed between call centers and rotating account managers at national franchises, we started Park Place to do it differently: local decision-making, a real person who picks up the phone, and pricing you can see before you ever ask.
Today we manage single-family homes, townhomes, and small multifamily properties across the whole state of Texas, with headquarters in Sugar Land and an office in Dallas covering the Dallas-Fort Worth metro — plus coverage in Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and communities throughout the state.
